Kara Luckey is beginning a two-year term as co-chair of the Women's
Transportation Seminar (WTS) Colorado Chapter Professional Development Committee (PDC). Kara has long been involved in WTS Colorado and the PDC, which provides a range of programming to support the continuing professional and personal growth of Colorado's transportation professionals.
Kara has been previously recognized as Emerging Leader of the Year (2010) for her work with WTS. She was also awarded the WTS Colorado Scholarship (2012), and the WTS International Scholarship in the same year to support her graduate studies.
