Kara Luckey honored as the WTS International Scholarship Winner

Kara Luckey was recently named the international winner of the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS)
Helene M. Overly Graduate Memorial Scholarship at the international level. Kara was awarded the WTS Colorado Chapter award in Februrary 2012, and then competed against all chapter winners for the international scholarship. She accepted her award at the 2012 WTS International Conference in Denver, Colorado. Kara is honored to be acknowledged among such an accomplished group of women in transportation!
